Just wanted to say again a BIG thank you to NRAS for last nights Launch Group. I was a little nervous when i arrived (but Im always like that!) but it was an excellent night, with lots of information and I felt comforted to be in a room with so many other people suffering with this awful disease.

My hubby came with me and he is always very supportive but he did say to me on the way home, that he understands a lot more now about why i feel so rough some days and why Im always so tired!! I think he was also so very shocked about some of the facts and figures as was I.

Great night, THANK YOU BigGrin

Love
Lou xx
I love people who can make you smile even when you do not feel like smiling. x

That's great new Louise.

It's always lovely to see people realise they're not alone dealing with Arthur

Hope the group flourishes

Best wishes

Hi Louise

I went to the meeting last night, and too found it a very interesting evening with lots of lovely people who really understand what we are all going through with RA.

I would also like to say thank you to NRAS for all their hard work which made it such a great evening, and doing a round trip from Maidenhead ! I m sure the group will go from strength to strength ThumpUp

Unfortunately because it being on a Wednesday, and I am sick from the MTX i could not go yesterday, but I really really hope I can go to the next one.

I really want to meet others that understand how I am feeling with this disease.

Really pleased the launch meeting went so well :-) Local groups can offer so much support to those with RA and their families. Hope it goes from strength to strength ThumpUp

Have you ladies considered helping out with the running of the group? I really enjoy being involved with ours!
